We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Trend List.
Digital downloads Our printable and fillable planners are delivered instantly as downloadable files, so we can't take them back once they've been downloaded. Because of that, digital purchases are not refundable for change of mind.
We will gladly give you a full refund if:
- the file is damaged, won't open, or doesn't match the product description, and we can't fix the problem for you; or
- you were charged more than once for the same order; or
- you never received access to your download and we can't resolve it.
To request help or a refund, email us at or use our contact page within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number. We reply within 2 business days.
Physical products If you buy a physical product from us, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and we'll send instructions.
How refunds are paid Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
