Digital downloads Digital products, such as our printable planners, are delivered instantly. Nothing is shipped. Right after checkout you'll see a download link on your order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Physical products Physical products ship to addresses in the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, we'll let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.
