Terms of service
Terms of service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of thetrendlist.store and any purchase from The Trend List ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online store platform and checkout.
-
Orders and payment All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never see or store your full card number.
-
Digital products and license When you buy a digital product (such as a printable or fillable PDF planner), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it, fill it in, and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use, as many times as you like. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, or claim the file or its design as your own, in whole or in part. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by The Trend List.
-
Physical products Product descriptions, images, and delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Small variations in color or appearance may occur. Delivery estimates are shown on product pages and at checkout.
-
Refunds Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
-
Acceptable use You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, access it by automated means in a way that burdens it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
-
Intellectual property The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, belong to The Trend List or its licensors and are protected by law.
-
Disclaimers and limitation of liability Products are provided "as is" except where the law does not allow this. Our planners are organizational tools and do not provide financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
-
Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
-
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you additional rights.
-
Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted on this page.
